Zoe is an HKS Research Fellow, and a Research Associate with the London School of Economics. Her research interests include (dis)honesty, empathy, motivation, and pro-social behavior, as well as their implications for organizational design and public policy. Zoe is an economist by background, having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Economics) degree at the University of Melbourne, and she worked in central banking, financial regulation and commercial banking for 15 years in Australia and the United Arab Emirates. More recently she completed a Master of Science (Behavioural Science) degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science – an experience that whet her appetite for further studies and experimentation. She is soon to commence doctoral studies in Decision, Risk and Financial Sciences at the University of Melbourne.
