Shan is an HKS Research Intern and a Research Assistant at Harvard Decision Science Lab. Her research interests include work-family balance, decision-making, and culture. She graduated from Haverford College with a B.S. in Psychology and Economics and completed two Honor theses in Social Psychology and Labor Economics. She also interned at the Center for Social and Cultural Psychology at KU Leuven in Belgium and studied Economics at the University of Cambridge as an exchange student.
