Sarah (Shih-Hua) Chen
Sarah is a doctoral student in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School studying Judgment and Decision Making. She is interested in better understanding how emotions influence our evaluation of choice, particularly within a health behavior context. Prior to her joining, Sarah studied Economics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Psychology at the University of Chicago, before eventually joining Stanford University as a research assistant in examining global health behavior and the determinants of well-being.
