Irene is a doctoral student in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, where she studies Judgment and Decision Making. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Her primary research interest centers around leadership communication—specifically, how leaders’ messages shape constituents’ judgments and behaviors, and how, in turn, leaders are influenced by the responses and attitudes of those they lead.
